Special Events
At Drolma Kadampa Buddhist Center we have free weekly chanted meditations, monthly day courses and annual empowerments.
Our day courses and special events are a time when students from all our branch classes from Miami to North Palm Beach come together to enjoy special teachings. These special events also serve as a fun opportunity to make new friends and catch up with old ones.
Once a year Drolma Kadampa Buddhist Center also participates in the Southeast Dharma Celebration at our Kadampa Mother Center of Florida, called KMC-Florida. These very special events are attended by the entire Florida family, and sometimes even by those from out-of-state. During these events, attendees immerse themselves in teachings, meditations and an empowerment ceremony that provide blessings for the mind and help us to truly embody beautiful qualities like compassion and wisdom.
